About Terri
Terri Parham
Once completing her degree in Civil Engineering, Terri made time to finally pursue her interest in mountaineering. Her climbing career began to blossom when a friend called one evening asking if she’d be the third climber on their rope team up Mt Rainier. With no hesitation Terri agreed. Within five months, she attended crevasse rescue courses, avalanche safety seminars and began training. It’s been all ‘uphill’ from there! In addition to mountaineering and ice climbing, Terri enjoys rock climbing and as a California native, what better place to learn than in the splendor of Yosemite. Two of her favorite climbs in Yosemite are Royal Arches and the couloir on Mt. Dana. Terri is currently a member of the American Alpine Club and the California Mountaineers.
