Ice Holdz are comprised of a two part system consisting of a proprietary composite plastic shell and filled with a unique glacier blue backing . When combined, the shell and backing actually mimic the properties of real water ice, including hardness and penetration.

You can actually swing your tool into the Holdz or look for nooks and crannies for dry- tooling. Once one side of the shell gets worn, simply rotate the Holdz 90 degrees for a new surface. When you’re ready for a new shell, pop out the backing and send the shell back to us. We’ll give you a discount toward the purchase of a replacement shell and we’ll recycle your old one.

Ice Holdz can easily be mounted onto an indoor climbing wall and interspersed among rock holds simulating a mixed route setting.
